Design
To meet Waterstone Legal’s goals, I focused on a clean, modern look that exudes trust and credibility. Bold blues were used throughout the site to reinforce a dependable, professional atmosphere, complemented by stock photos depicting London’s iconic landmarks. A semi-transparent “Free Consultation” form box was placed at the top of relevant pages, ensuring users always have a clear path to contacting the firm. Subtle scroll and entry animations were added for a touch of intrigue, while FAQs on the service pages helped address client concerns proactively.
Development
The website was built using WordPress and Elementor, with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) employed to manage dynamic content efficiently. To enhance user engagement, I integrated WhatsApp Chat functionality for quick communication, as well as payment and “get a quote” systems that seamlessly fit into the user journey. Responsive design principles ensured the site looked great on any device, and the combination of robust backend features—like monthly backups, security, and SEO—ensured a smooth user experience.
